A weekly in-person class which will get you moving while also teaching you techniques to help you bring yourself greater inner peace.

You will be registered for the series when you register for the first time. 

Long Island Cares will supply prepackaged bags filled with non-perishable food items. No identification is required to pick up your emergency supply of food. This is a walk-up service only. No registration is required.

Terry Bodenstein will give us a tour of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands; a very beautiful and relaxing island.
