Purpose of Meeting

The Railroad Museum of Long Island's annual educational forum. The subject of this program is "The First Train to Greenport - July 27, 1844" This subject celebrates 2024 being the 190th Anniversary of the Long Island Rail Road and the 180th Anniversary of the first LIRR train to arrive at Greenport from Brooklyn.
