Event Details

The Community Outreach team is pleased to offer
free health screenings and flu vaccinations in your
community by a Catholic Health registered nurse.

Services for adults(18 and older):
 Brief cardiac history
 Blood pressure screening
 BMI screening
 Simple blood test for cholesterol and glucose
 Health education
 Referrals as needed
 Resources for those without insurance
 Free flu vaccination (senior dose available)

The bus will be parked in the Riverhead Free Library parking lot.
